baby!!

I'm sitting in the hospital late at night, listening to my new little one let out small whimpers as she tries to fall back asleep. She's perfect, she's beautiful, and I can't get over the fact that she's ours.


Madeline Joyce was born October 9th at 9:07am. She weighs 7 lbs 11 0z and is 19 inches long. Her head is full of dark, wavy hair, and her eyes are a lovely shade of "newborn blue". She has her Daddy's toes and fingers, her Mommy's mouth and nose, and a completely healthy everything-in-between. We are in love with this little girl already and thanking God for her smooth delivery into our lives!

Thanks for all of your prayers and well wishes during the past 9 months, and especially the past few weeks. We feel so blessed to have this gift with us!!
